Membership information
Meitheal na Gaoithe is seen as a leading organisation in promoting wind energy with a vast experience housed within the co-op. Currently there are over a 100 members in the organisation.
Associate Membership
Individuals, companies or groups with an interest in wind energy and renewables can become associate members of the organisation. This membership has the following benefits;
- Involvement and support from an organisation with vast knowledge in the wind sector.
- Notification of workshops, conferences, and other relevant events.
- Reduced rate into workshop held around May every year.
- Other correspondences e.g. lobby documents, consultations as they arise, sent via email.
The associate membership fee is €150 per annum, and is usually paid in November as it includes entrance into our annual conference which is held in November.

Full membership
Any person seeking to become a full member of the co-op must apply to the Board in writing and must meet the following criteria;
- Must be actively involved in the development of renewable energy sector.
- Must be involved with projects that are compatible with the MnaG ethos.
- Must be a member of the co-op.
